We are delighted to announce that we have MOVED LOCATIONS to Temple University Northeastern Campus at 2301 E. Allegheny Ave. Suite 140, Philadelphia PA 19134.

There is parking along Tulip St. as well as in front of the Outpatient Facility. Public Transportation option includes use of SEPTA Bus Route 60 with a station right out front!
Wheelchair accessible location and we are located on the 1st floor on the Tulip St. side.
